Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology - DMLT Para Medical Diploma course. Medical laboratory technology is the branch of medical science responsible for performing laboratory investigations relating to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
3 years course Plus 3 months internship for S.S.L.C / X std students or 2 years Course Plus 3 months internship for II PUC (science / PCMB) / XII students diploma course pursued after the successful completion of the 10+2 level of education. This medical course involves advanced professional learning
- The completed person can get appointed as Lab Technologist in various Hospitals, Blood bank, Pathological Laboratory, medical Colleges, Medical Research Laboratories etc.
- They can also appointed as Sales Marketing Officer for many Medical and Diagnostic Equipments, Reagents, and etc.
- This course is approved for the lab technologist job in Govt. and Private sectors throughout the India, and also in abroad.
Higher Education
After completion of the course they can continue for higher education like BSc in MLT, or BMLT, BSc CBZ, BSc CZMB, BSc (Life Science).
Eligibility
Pass in S.S.L.C / X std or Equivalent Examination or II PUC / XII Std Under Science such as PCB, PCMB, CBZ or any other equivalent qualifications.
Course Duration
3 years Plus 3 months internship for S.S.L.C / X std students or 2 years Plus 3 months internship for II PUC (Science / PCMB) / XII students
